This is not your typical monthly statistical overview. Averages are just that average. They don’t tell the entire wacky picture of what’s really going on in our Northern Virginia markets. Instead, to offer some perspective I’m sharing monthly lows and highs for detached and condos in each of the following areas – Arlington County, Fairfax County, Alexandria City, and Falls Church City.
