In Arlington County, median sale numbers are up in all property types compared to a year ago. Detached closed sales were up 106% and condos up 57% over a year ago! Once again, proving more buyers are confident and finding the right homes for them even with a lean supply.
In Fairfax County, the June median sold price in all properties continues to bump up – detached properties prices rose 16% over a year ago. Closed sales were incredibly strong compared to a year ago – detached sales rose nearly 40%, townhomes 55%, and condos 63%!
Closed sale activity picked up in June especially for townhomes – up 61% over a year ago. Condo supply continues to grow. Condo living could be your ticket to playing AND living in Alexandria City.
