Arlington County
In Arlington County, median sale numbers are up in all property types compared to a year ago. Detached closed sales were up 106% and condos up 57% over a year ago! Once again, proving more buyers are confident and finding the right homes for them even with a lean supply. โฃ
Fairfax County
In Fairfax County, the June median sold price in all properties continues to bump up – detached properties prices rose 16% over a year ago. Closed sales were incredibly strong compared to a year ago – detached sales rose nearly 40%, townhomes 55%, and condos 63%! โฃ
Alexandria City
Closed sale activity picked up in June especially for townhomes – up 61% over a year ago. Condo supply continues to grow. Condo living could be your ticket to playing AND living in Alexandria City. โฃ
Falls Church City
Yellow makes me happy and so does telling you that finally the supply is up (ever so slightly) in all property types in Falls Church City. โฃ
