Lowest + Highest Sold in Northern Virginia : : : April 2022

I’m back with your not so typical statistical overview…I’m sticking with the low and high sold property prices in our area including – Arlington County, Fairfax County, Alexandria City, and Falls Church City. The focus is on condos and detached sold properties for a bit of shock and awe enjoyment, but really to give a bit of education on how these can skew our monthly median and average data values at times.

For background, here are the April 2021 & 2022 average sold prices for our area for all properties.

Arlington County Average Sold 2022 $820,596 and 2021 $652,500

Fairfax Average Sold 2022 $695,000 and 2021 $634,745

Alexandria City Average Sold 2022 $617,500 and 2021 $650,000

Falls Church City Average Sold 2022 $932,500 and 2021 $895,000
