When a home has a strong marketing strategy, maximized exposure and is staged to highlight its best features, it has a better chance of selling. Williamsburg Blvd was a listing that combined conventional and tech-driven efforts.
We realized quickly that this home shined the brightest during open houses. In fact, the ultimate buyers of Williamsburg Blvd first saw the home on a special Mother’s Day open house, which included fresh baked cookies and mimosas! It took a few more weeks on the market and a few more open houses, but the buyers submitted their offer and the deal was done shortly after.
To drum up open house interest we created clever locally targeted FaceBook Ads, ran online ads on localized news hubs, posted on agent network boards and of course, the open house signage around the neighborhood.
My approach to listing a home is anything but cookie cutter. Sometimes we use all the tools in the toolbox other times I carefully select just a few tools. My sellers get a custom plan to suit their property, their needs, their timing, their life. It’s a collaborative and personalized approach that I take seriously.
