Activity took a big pause in mid March, but surged in late April through now. We’ve seen the same ole same ole of multiple offers, waived contingencies and bidding wars for the last few weeks – it’s like the pandemic isn’t even happening in Arlington real estate in some cases.
Now on the other hand, we have also seen a lot of volatility, as buyers are backing out more than usual; the good news is there is usually another buyer waiting in the wings.
