Falls Church City (FCC) or also known as The Little City is a very popular place for Northern Virginia shoppers. FCC is not Arlington, but as equally sought after as many of its northern Arlington community neighbors. This community offers a small town charm, a quiet vibe, walkable, and has top rated schools. FCC is also easily accessible to DC via nearby Metro and commuter bus system.

The Little City along with all of this goodness, has a higher tax rate than the other jurisdictions in NOVA. The real estate prices are consistently. The community is mostly single family homes, with a few condo buildings and townhomes.  Don’t look here if you are looking for a steal on a home, but do look here if you want a pleasant mix of walkability and calm, all in one charming little city.
