I’m back with my Northern Virginia market stat recap for October. According to NVAR, not since 2004 has the number of home sales been this high during the month of October.

I’m breaking apart detached homes, townhomes and condos properties in NVAR counties and comparing month over month instead of year over year. I believe this perspective tells the most accurate story of our market at this time and the nuances in activity based on home types across Arlington County, Fairfax County, Alexandria City and Falls Church City.⁣
