My husband and I were searching for a home during what was probably the worst market for buyers in recent history. Not to mention I was becoming increasingly pregnant with our second child and we desperately needed out of our small condo asap. Fortunately we lucked into signing Coral as our realtor. She made herself available at all hours, provided excellent feedback on the homes we saw, did her best to recommend homes that might meet our ever-changing list of requirements, and recommended quality home inspectors. After several unsuccessful offers, we had resigned to renting for another year, but she encouraged us to keep up the search, and ultimately we purchased a home we love just in time for the new baby to arrive.
