I never questioned working with anyone else

Let's face it, selling a house can be a stressful experience. Selling a house during a global pandemic...that's another level honey. I thank my lucky stars that I had Coral on my side from day one, when I came up with the idea to sell my house in early March 2020 (right before the onslaught of COVID-19 - my timing is never great). I purchased my house three years earlier from Coral. When I thought of selling I never questioned working with anyone else. She guided me every step of the way, always taking my calls and answering my texts, and calming me down when I felt overwhelmed. She made sure we stuck to the timeline and met every deadline. She is calm under pressure and it is clear she is working for you - she has your best interests in mind and she is so knowledgeable of the Northern Virginia market. I felt clueless and I'm glad I stuck with my gut to just trust Coral. The result? My house sold in less then a month for asking price! Now I'd like Coral to move to Georgia and master this market because I'm looking to buy again... thank you Coral for a wonderful experience! xo
